Having held various roles, from leading Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ultimately serving in an Executive Leadership capacity, Steve embarked on a new journey as a business owner with Pillar To Post™. 

For Steve, the most rewarding aspect of home inspection is connecting with the people in his community. He finds immense joy in assisting individuals during the exhilarating process of purchasing a home, guiding them to make this most significant purchase confidently. Outside of work, Steve indulges in home improvement projects and shares a passion for adventures with his wife, Janet.

James Maher (Inspector)

James brings a unique perspective to the role, having spent numerous years as a hockey goaltender, including a season playing in Indianapolis. Through his experiences on the ice, James learned the importance of remaining calm under pressure, a skill that seamlessly translates into the meticulous home inspection world.

Under Steve's guidance, James has undergone rigorous training, dedicating several months to refining his expertise. During this time, he completed his ASHI Training, obtained his State Home Inspector License, and achieved Pillar to Post™ Certification, ensuring he has the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his new role.

James' previous employment instilled a genuine joy in connecting with clients, a quality he eagerly brings to his work as a Home Inspector. James cherishes spending quality time with his family outside of his professional pursuits, embracing moments of relaxation and camaraderie.
